For more than a decade, our team built and operated within Mexico’s private aviation industry through Fly Business Aviation, with operations in Cabo San Lucas, Cancún and Toluca.
In 2024, Fly Business Aviation expanded into the United States, operating from Palm Beach, Opa-locka and Scottsdale. The operational demands were familiar — experienced people, fast response times, consistent service and reliable coverage — but the staffing economics were very different.
Building and maintaining the same support functions entirely in-house in the U.S. meant significantly higher salaries, benefits, recruiting costs, overtime and coverage overhead.
That contrast revealed a clear opportunity.
What if operators could maintain the experience, accountability and consistency of a dedicated aviation team while using a more efficient staffing model?
